In an earlier post on foxsportswest.com entitled, "Just How Good Are The Lakers," I wrote that we won't really know how good the Lakers are until they go on the road and play some challenging games. Evidenced by their play on this most recent 5-game trip, I believe we have our answer. They are pretty damn good, even when they don't play their best.
A further examination of the schedule, however, reveals that the Lakers biggest test of the season will come towards the end of the season's longest road trip--an 8-gamer between January 21 and February 1.
